June Events

June brings warmer days and a full schedule of activities to Homestead Run. This month offers residents plenty of ways to stay connected, have fun, and learn something new. Whether you are joining us for Bingo, heading out on the Resorts Bus Trip, sitting in on a community seminar, or attending a local outreach event - June has something for everyone to look forward to.

Monday Night Bingo – Presented by Homestead Run’s Women’s Charity Club

Every Monday – Doors at 5:15 PM and Game Starts at 7 PM Sharp!

Don’t miss Monday Night Bingo, presented by the Women’s Charity Club. It’s a great chance to have fun and socialize - a wonderful way to start your week! Refreshments are available for purchase.

Resorts Bus Trip

Friday, June 12th – Departing at 8:30 AM, Returning at 4:30 PM

Enjoy a full day trip to Resorts Casino with fellow residents. The cost is $40 per person and includes $20 in slot play. Transportation is provided, with an additional pickup available in Whiting. This outing offers a great opportunity to enjoy a change of scenery, some entertainment, and time spent together outside the community. To reserve your spot, please call Pat at 848-224-5510.

How To Be a Better Neighbor – Presented by Andrea Tarr

Tuesday, June 16th – 2:00 PM in the Clubhouse

Join Andrea Tarr for a helpful and engaging session on building stronger relationships with the people around you. This presentation covers simple, practical ways to improve communication, show kindness, and create a more positive atmosphere within the community. Toms River Senior Center Outreach Event

Wednesday, June 24th – 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Join the Toms River Senior Center as they welcome representatives from several local organizations, including Meals on Wheels, Operation Home Plate “SNAP”, the Toms River Senior Center, and the Ocean County Health Department. This is a great opportunity to learn about programs and services that may benefit you or someone you know. Light refreshments will be provided. Seating is limited - register with the Business Office to reserve your spot.
