Do you need to improve your conversation skills? Conversation is about speaking and listening, but most of us are doing too much of one and not enough of the other. Let’s watch a TED talk by a conversation “expert” and find out what we can do to improve our skills so others are more willing to listen to us and pay attention to what we have to say. Join your fellow residents and Andrea Tarr of the SCAN Network for this free seminar.
